These are just a few of the experiences awaiting Girl Scouts who are ready to explore the great outdoors. Camp and outdoor experiences can be enjoyed during summer camp, day camp, or year-round.
There are so many ways to get outdoors including GSSGC's camp properties: Camp Skyland Ranch, Camp Azalea Trails, and Camp Wi-Wo-Ca. Your next adventure is just waiting for you to find it.
Where can a girl gain independence and confidence while adventuring in some of the most beautiful places around? Girl Scout sleep-away camp! Girls can spend several nights at one of our two amazing Sleep-Away camps – Camp Skyland Ranch. There’s no limit to the amount of adventure and fun your girl can have. From archery to crafts, horseback riding to performance, our sleep-away camps offer amazing experiences and lots of themed excitement. Girls have the time of their lives. GSSGC has so many new and exciting adventures waiting for you every season. Start with summer and think to our other seasons as well. Our camps are open to all girls from grades K-12. Whether it be a day program with your family, a weekend away with your troop, or a summer-themed session with friends, there’s something for every girl.
Starting in 2nd grade, girls can even experience sleep-away camp by themselves or with a buddy. Not quite ready for a full week of camp excitement? Every day is full of adventure and exploration at day camp! With options offered throughout our Council area, all girls ages 6-14 have the opportunity for fun, even if they’re not a Girl Scout yet. Day camps are led by our amazing Volunteers and can include anything from outdoor skills to STEM to earning badges! Almost anything a girl can want to experience can be found at day camp. Some of our areas do not have day camp at this time. Consider helping us by volunteering or convincing someone in your areas to volunteer. If you would like to lead a Day Camp in your area, we would love to work with you – training and support is available! This is a great opportunity for Cadette, Senior and Ambassador Troops. Troop camping is a great way to learn and grow with friends and have fun at the same time. Troops and Service Units have year-round opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors in any of our camp facilities or other properties.
At our camp facilities we can offer everything from Archery to Orienteering and everything in between, we can tailor an experience to fit your group’s needs. We’ve got you covered whether you want to plan your own programming, meals and supplies or have one of our trained camp staff help you do so. We can even provide all the meals and program supplies! New opportunities are available for more participants to enjoy the beauty and adventure at Skyland Ranch! GSSGC is excited to announce the start of Environmental Education Programs at Skyland Ranch.
Bring your troop or class to the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains for a day or an overnight adventure. Most programs are single day or three days. You select your preferred program topics to create a customized class or troop trip. Field Trips (day programs) available now, Minimum group size 16, Maximum group size 100; Overnight trips January – March Minimum group size 16, Maximum group size 60.

With three unique camp sites, Girl Scouts of San Gorgonio offers rental opportunities to meet every need. Skyland Ranch with its wide expanses of scenic chaparral. Azalea Trails with its rustic beauty. Wi-Wo-Ca with its easy access to nature. All available for your next event! Campsite reservation and use may be reserved in the following priority: GSSGC registered members, registered Girl Scout troops from another Council, any youth-serving non-profit organization and organized group.
