Join Us for Crafts for Healing!
Calling all Girl Scouts! Get ready for a fun and meaningful event where creativity meets compassion. Crafts for Healing is a special project designed to support young patients at Loma Linda Hospital and raise awareness about rare pediatric diseases.
At this event, you'll take part in a hands-on, 3-step badge program where you'll:
- Learn what kids in hospitals go through
- Discover ways to spread kindness and joy
- Earn a badge while making a real difference!
We will have 3 craft stations: encouragement bracelets, encouragement cards and making no-sew heart pillows.
Girl Scout troop 492 will be setting up a donation box to gather items such as card games, crayons and markers, sketch pads and new stuffed animals for their Silver Award.
When: Saturday October 18th, 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Where: Redlands Girl Scout Office
Cost: $5 dollars per person
Everyone is welcome!
Bring your troop, your creativity, and your caring heart-we can't wait to see you there! We will be serving snacks, please bring a refillable water bottle.
Daisy and Brownies and any girls under 5 must attend with adult chaperone to assist with art activities and supervision.
