| National Computer Camp Scholarship |
For the June/July 2007 enrollment, WomenGamers.Com and National Computer Camp (NCC) are offering scholarships to two female students ages 8-18 for one week. These will be the first scholarships ever given to girls wishing to attend this summer experience. Scholarship applicants need to submit an essay in response to the following question: "What will video games of the future be like and if you were in charge of designing a game, what would it be like?" The 500 - 600 word essay must be submitted to scholarship@womengamers.com no later than April 27, 2007 . Along with the essay, include your name, address, telephone, e-mail address, and age.

SPACE CAMP features state-of-the-art simulations, missions, rocket building, and robotics. AVIATION CHALLENGE uses state-of-the-art high-performance jet simulation, scenario-based missions, land and water survival training, and flight dynamics. Fighter-pilot training and astronaut training have never been this fun.
The cost of camp includes all meals, lodging, program materials and activities. SPACE CAMP and AVIATION CHALLENGE have 24-hour medical and security staff on site.

Girl Scout Troops can participate in the “Girl Scout Weekends - Cultural Kitchen Program” in beautiful Angels Gate Park in Santa Monica. Learn about other countries including Germany, Australia, Cuba, Ireland or the Philippines locally in the San Pedro area.
It’s only $45 to $60 for your overnight, Saturday dinner and Discover the World Patch. Payment is required 30 days in advance of the 5 weekend dates set for October 2006 to April 2007.
